Dr. Sahar Talaat is a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and medical doctor with a a post-graduate Diploma in Biodynamic Psychotherapy which is at MA level. She offers a compassionate, integrative approach to therapy—drawing on body-cantered and trauma-informed methods—while working fluently in both Arabic and English. With deep experience across clinical, educational, and multicultural settings, she is dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering space for healing and growth.
Dr. Talaat works with individuals, couples, families, and groups, guiding them through life’s challenges with warmth and care. Her integrative approach draws on a variety of modalities, including biodynamic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), trauma-sensitive psychodrama, and trauma-focused therapy. She is fluent in both Arabic and English, allowing her to connect with clients across linguistic and cultural divides.
